Spring 2015 Milieu Magazine

The below room designed by Ann Dupuy illustrates how well our classic St. Thomas sofa can work in a variety of settings. Shown with the standard wood leg in this project the fully upholstered version is a nice option for more transitional or contemporary setting.

Book Recommendation: Sunnylands

I totally recommend a new book on “Sunnylands”, the midcentury modern estate of Walter and Leonore Annenberg in Palm Springs. It’s a veritable encyclopedia of midcentury design and designer William (Billy) Haines’ Hollywood Regency style. This house was my dream installation/inspiration for the “Talon Chair”.

The More You Know…

Order Changes

Specialty woods required for existing orders are typically ordered within a day or two of receipt of an order in High Point. Because of this we may need to charge a client a nominal restocking fee for any changes to wood species after the order has been placed. If you are sending in an order and the client is undecided on the wood option, please note on the order “Wood species to be advised”. This will insure production does not proceed until sales has confirmed the wood selection. We realize clients change their minds however we cannot always absorb the cost of wood purchased based on the original order.
